Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped butter lettuce followed by sliced radishes and cucumbers. Add avocado slices and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
