Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter; press into an 8-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, then sugar gradually, mixing until incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
- Fold in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until well blended.
- Pour mixture over prepared crust; smooth top and bake for about 60 minutes in a water bath.
- After baking, cool gradually in the oven for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
