Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10.5 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5.7 ounces Butterfinger candy bars (3 full-size or 9 Fun Size)
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Crush the Butterfingers in a plastic bag using a rolling pin or mallet.
- In a non-stick pot over medium heat, melt the butter; add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until combined.
- Stir in crushed Butterfingers.
- Gradually fold in Rice Krispies until coated.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish with a greased spatula.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
