  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Place in the baking dish with asparagus spears around them.
  3. Spread Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (reserve ¼ cup). If desired, add shredded mozzarella.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake for another 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (165°F) and asparagus is tender.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
