Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear steak in a hot cast iron skillet with olive oil until browned; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then stir in heavy cream and cheeses to create a sauce.
- Mix pasta shells into the creamy sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Top with seared steak bites and garnish with parsley before serving.
