- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
- 1/4 cup milk or water
- 1–2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk (or water), melted butter, and cake mix until well mixed.
- Fold in shredded zucchini and chocolate chips (reserve some for topping).
- Pour the batter evenly into prepared loaf pans and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
