- 2.5 pounds peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices (filling)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch (filling)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (filling)
- Salted caramel sauce (garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crust ingredients, cutting in chilled butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms.
- Roll out dough into a circle and place it in a pie dish.
- Mix filling ingredients in a bowl and pour over the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before slicing and serve with extra caramel if desired.
