- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides (approximately 6 minutes per side).
- Once fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F), sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the chicken and cover for 2 minutes to melt.
- Assemble wraps by placing a piece of cheesy chicken on each tortilla, rolling them tightly like burritos. Serve warm.
