- 2 pounds fresh spinach
- 1 medium onion

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft. Add minced garlic and then spinach; cook until wilted. Drain excess liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooled spinach mixture and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
