- 450 g ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 400 g refrigerated pizza dough
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks (halved)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and let cool.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place seasoned beef and half a cheese stick in each rectangle, roll up, and seal.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley on top of each breadstick.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
