- 4 cups grated zucchini

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic parsley salt until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a lined baking dish to about half an inch thick.
- Bake for 15 minutes until firm.
- Remove from oven and top with your choice of grated cheese.
- Return to oven for an additional 2-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Slice into sticks and serve hot.
