- 1 (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
- 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 8 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 lb vanilla almond bark
- Optional: red and pink sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a zip-top bag, mix the cheesecake pudding, cherry gelatin, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles.
- 3. Place the rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.
- 4. Melt the almond bark in the microwave until smooth.
- 5. Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal and stir to coat.
- 6. Transfer the coated cereal to the bag with the sugar mixture and shake until evenly coated.
- 7. Spread on the prepared baking sheet and let cool completely before storing.
