Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients; cook lo mein noodles until al dente, then drain.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add oil, and sauté chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
- In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, and green onions for about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet; add lo mein noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot with optional extra soy sauce.
