Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and seasonings.
- Warm tortillas on a non-stick griddle until soft.
- Place filling along each tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- For baking: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C), spray taquitos with cooking spray, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- For frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry taquitos until golden brown on all sides.
