- 2 cups edible chocolate chip cookie dough (egg-free)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts softened vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a springform or cake pan with parchment paper.
- Mix two-thirds of the cookie dough with melted butter and salt; press into the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Freeze the crust for 10–15 minutes.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Layer half of the ice cream over the crust, sprinkle with crumbled cookie dough and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Add the remaining ice cream on top, drizzle with more syrup, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
