  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In one bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine cashew butter, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
  5. Adjust consistency by adding more milk gradually if needed.
  6. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  9. Dip each ball in melted chocolate; tap off excess before placing back on parchment.
