Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: olive oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and mashed bananas.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips dusted with flour to prevent sinking.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and garnish with extra chocolate chips and banana slices.
- Bake for approximately 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
