Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by placing the candy mold on a baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Coat each mold with melted chocolate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt caramels with heavy cream, then stir in chopped pecans.
- Fill each mold with the caramel mixture, leaving space for sealing.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate and chill for another 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove from molds and decorate as desired.
