Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar until it boils.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let them melt slightly.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt while still warm.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
