Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time; stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in milk until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared pan; smooth the top.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar topping; sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
