Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
- Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Combine cucumbers, cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, and dill in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the cucumber mixture; mix until well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
