Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.

- Cool on a wire rack for about 2 hours then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
