Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes; then spread remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
