Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by dicing the cucumber and bell pepper and mincing the garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, diced cucumber, bell pepper, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and diced onion; mix gently until well coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste; stir in chopped dill if desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish; garnish with parsley if using.
