- 5 oz unsalted butter

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 large egg (for cheesecake layer)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix in sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, food coloring, vinegar, and eggs until well combined. Gradually add flour and stir until just incorporated.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in one egg and vanilla.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread the cheesecake mixture over it, then top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until set in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
