Instructions

  4. Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 25–28 minutes until slightly sticky when tested with a toothpick. Let cool in the pan.
  5. For frosting, dissolve coffee granules in heavy cream; beat softened butter with salt and gradually add powdered sugar and coffee mixture until fluffy.
