- Heavy whipping cream (as needed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick baking spray.
- In one bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder until combined. In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, espresso powder, and vanilla until fluffy. Combine both mixtures.
- In a third bowl, mix flour and baking powder; then slowly add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 25–28 minutes until slightly sticky when tested with a toothpick. Let cool in the pan.
- For frosting, dissolve coffee granules in heavy cream; beat softened butter with salt and gradually add powdered sugar and coffee mixture until fluffy.
- Frost cooled brownies and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
