Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Stir in warm milk, melted butter, and egg until combined. Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for about one hour until doubled.
  2. Make the Filling: Mix softened butter with brown sugar, coffee granules, and cinnamon.
  3. Shape the Rolls: Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread filling over dough and roll tightly. Slice into 12 rolls and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30–40 minutes.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Glaze & Serve: Whisk together powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
