Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Roll dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each), flatten slightly, place cream cheese filling in the center, and seal the dough around it.
- Arrange on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown; cool before serving.
