Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Mix in cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until incorporated.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- For large cookies, scoop out about 1/3 cup of dough onto the prepared sheet; for regular-sized cookies, use a medium scoop. Bake large cookies for about 10-11 minutes and regular ones for about 8 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
