Ingredients
- 1 frozen pie crust (deep dish)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp dry strawberry Vegan Gelatin
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven and bake the frozen pie crust according to package directions until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch; whisk and heat until boiling. Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in dry strawberry Vegan Gelatin until well blended; set aside to cool.
- Place sliced strawberries in the cooled pie crust and pour the gelatin mixture evenly over them.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours until set before serving.
