- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on the box)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Rainbow candy-coated sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions until well mixed.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set; allow to cool completely.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Spoon ganache generously over cooled brownie bites and top with rainbow sprinkles.
- Chill briefly in the fridge before serving.
