- 1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
- 4 cups baby potatoes (diced)
- 6 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving drippings in the skillet.
- Sauté diced onion in the reserved drippings until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Add diced baby potatoes to the skillet and brown them slightly for about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in trimmed green beans, ranch seasoning mix, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Cover the skillet and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes or until both green beans and potatoes are tender.
- Stir in crispy bacon, season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
