- 1 pound dried wagon wheel pasta
- 1 pound diced hickory smoked turkey bacon
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 15 oz can whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the wagon wheel pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté the diced turkey bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Cook the ground beef in the same skillet until browned; season with cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce until smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, ground beef mixture, corn, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese in the bowl. Toss well to coat with dressing.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
