  • 1 pound diced hickory smoked turkey bacon
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 15 oz can whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the wagon wheel pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced turkey bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  3. Cook the ground beef in the same skillet until browned; season with cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, ground beef mixture, corn, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese in the bowl. Toss well to coat with dressing.
  6. Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
