- 5 strips crispy Turkey Bacon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in flour to create a paste, then lower heat and gradually mix in heavy cream and half & half until thickened.
- Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese; mix well, adding more cream if necessary.
- Incorporate spinach in batches until wilted into the mixture.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and optional seasoning blend.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown; finish with crispy Turkey Bacon before serving.
