- 12 oz rotini pasta

- 6 oz Velveeta cheese

Instructions
- Boil rotini in salted water until al dente; reserve pasta water and drain.
- Sear chicken strips in olive oil and butter, seasoned with Cajun spices until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, make the sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, adding cream and cheeses until smooth.
- Toss cooked rotini in the sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Prepare Cajun butter drizzle by melting remaining butter mixed with Cajun seasoning.
- Serve rotini topped with chicken and drizzle over Cajun butter.
