Instructions
- Brown the ground sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add chicken broth and crushed tomatoes to the pot; stir well.
- Incorporate broken lasagna noodles and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
