Instructions
- Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
- Season sliced chicken with Cajun spices and press Parmesan onto each piece.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet with oil and butter until cooked through.
- Add garlic to the skillet; then melt remaining butter and mix in cream and broth.
- Stir in all cheeses until melted into a creamy sauce; season to taste.
- Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until thoroughly coated.
- Serve topped with crispy chicken and garnish with parsley.
