- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅔ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup full-fat sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until browned; set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sauté mushrooms and onions until soft.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth while scraping the pan for flavorful bits; return chicken to skillet.
- Stir in sour cream gently without boiling; season to taste before serving.
