- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and optionally add minced garlic. Stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked steak bites back to the skillet along with the drained pasta, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
