Instructions
- Cook the rotini in salted water until al dente; drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Season chicken with spices and sear in a skillet until golden-brown and cooked through; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant; add heavy cream and cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Toss cooked rotini with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve on plates with chicken arranged on the side; garnish as desired.
