Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

- Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.

- Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours before slicing.
