Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, then gently fold in shrimp and crab meat.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
