Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with spices and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and add rice to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover until rice is tender.
- In another saucepan, make the cream sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk and broth while stirring until thickened. Stir in cheeses until melted.
- Combine cooked chicken with rice in the skillet and pour over the cream sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
