- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet; sear chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and sauté onions until soft; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Deglaze with chicken broth and stir in cream and seasonings; simmer until thickened.
- Add cheese and melt into the sauce.
- Return chicken to skillet; cover with sauce and heat through.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
