Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
- Lightly spray each chicken breast with olive oil and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C) is reached.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
