- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Marinate the beef belly by combining it with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and star anise in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the marinated beef belly in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 – 2 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Increase the oven to broil and glaze the beef with remaining marinade for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for the creamy sauce.
- Slice the beef belly thickly, drizzle the creamy sauce on top, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
