  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the marinated beef belly in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 – 2 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  3. Increase the oven to broil and glaze the beef with remaining marinade for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for the creamy sauce.
