Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan until smooth. Add chopped spinach if desired; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan; spoon sauce over each piece and simmer for 1 minute before serving.
