Instructions
- Spray the crock pot with cooking spray and place chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
- Top with frozen mixed vegetables and sprinkle stuffing mix evenly on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
