Instructions
- Chop fresh spinach into smaller pieces.
- Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add chopped spinach as the base in the slow cooker.
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts; add them to the pot.
- Incorporate cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Season with garlic puree, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Cook on High for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even consistency.
- Once finished cooking, stir again before serving.
