  • 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced into rounds)

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun or Creole seasoning (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer halved potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot; sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place butter on top of the seasoned potatoes.
